ADB AppControl Mobile (hereinafter, the “Software”) is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
In no event shall the author (the “Developer”) be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, savings, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Software or these Terms, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or any other legal theory, even if the Developer has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Subject to the foregoing, the Developer’s aggregate liability for all claims shall not exceed the total license fee paid for that license.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use the Software for personal and educational, non-commercial purposes. Any commercial use requires a valid commercial license issued by the Developer.
The Software may not be decompiled, disassembled, reverse-engineered, or otherwise modified, in whole or in part, except as expressly permitted by applicable law.
The Software shall not be used for military purposes or for any other purpose that could threaten human life, health, property, or fundamental rights and freedoms.
The Software may be redistributed only in its original, unmodified form (as-is), provided that this notice remains intact and unaltered, with clear attribution to the author and a link to the official website.
Access to the paid features of the Software is granted only with a valid license, either on a time-limited subscription basis or as a long-term license to use the Software. A long-term license means a license that grants the right to use the Software without a predefined expiration date and until its support is discontinued by the Developer.
While the Developer takes reasonable measures to protect synced data, the Cloud Synchronization feature is provided as a convenience and is not intended as a reliable backup service. The Developer is not liable for any loss of user settings, history, or content stored via this feature.
If the Developer is no longer able to maintain the operability of the Software, or in the event of force majeure, or for other objective reasons, access to the Software and/or certain of its features may be suspended or terminated without any additional guarantee of continued operation and without any obligation on the part of the Developer to provide compensation or refunds of any fees paid, except where expressly required by applicable law.
The Developer may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes take effect upon their publication within the Software and/or on the Developer’s website. Your continued use of the Software after the effective date of such changes constitutes your acceptance of them.
All rights to the Software are reserved by its author.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland.
The Software does not collect or transmit any personal data or data that would directly identify the user. To ensure proper operation and improve the quality of the Software, the following anonymous usage statistics may be collected and transmitted:
- Information about the version, state, language, errors, and debug information of the Software.
- General information about the Android device (device model, Android version).
- Anonymous metadata about ADB operations initiated by the user within the session of this software.
This data is necessary for the proper operation of the Software’s services, update checks, and performance diagnostics. It also helps the Developer better understand which devices the Software runs on. No other data will be transmitted without further notice to the user.
